How does CARExpress work?

We’ve made it easy – 3 simple steps:

 

• Enroll in the CARExpress program by completing the membership form.
• When you receive your membership card and kit, simply call a participating provider for an appointment.
• Present your CARExpress card at the time of service and receive your savings right on the spot.

(Exception: the Physician/Hospital program requires no payment at the time of service, instead the bill will be repriced
and charged as authorized.)

Everyone is eligible. There are no pre-qualifications, no exemptions and no medical exams. Whether you are an
